요약 : 가짜뉴스로 인한 피해 사례가 급속히 증가함에 따라 기술적으로 해결할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 

가짜뉴스의 확산이 야기하는 문제는 뉴스의 보도준칙, 작성지침, 윤리강령, 뉴스 판별기준 등 현존하는 가이드라인의 준수 여부를 판별하면 상당 부분 감소할 것이다. 

이에 국내외 뉴스 관련 가이드라인을 수집, 분석하였으며, 그 결과 언제(when), 어디서(where), 누가(who), 왜(why), 무엇을(what) 그리고 어떻게(how)라는 

이른바 ‘5W1H’에 대한 20개의 판별기준을 도출했다. 

세부적으로 언제(when)는 (1)사건의 발생일, (2)댓글 작성시간을, 어디서(where)는 (3)사건의 발생장소, (4)사건 발생장소와 뉴스 생성장소의 거리, 

(5)뉴스 확산경로를 검증하고, 누가(who)는 (6)뉴스 작성자, (7)제공 언론사, (8)댓글 리스트를, 

왜(why)는 (9)뉴스 목적 및 의도 유무, (10)경제적 의도인지, (11)정치적 의도인지, (12)사회적 의도인지를 점검한다. 

무엇을(what)은 (13)뉴스 제목과 내용의 맥락분석, (14)동영상과 이미지 분석, (15)뉴스 소스의 교차검증, (16)증인과 증거의 존재여부를, 

어떻게(how)는 (17)뉴스 제목과 내용의 정합성 분석, (18)일방적 주장인지 여부 확인, (19)다른 매체에 보도된 적이 있는지, 

(20)윤리적인가 등 20개 지표에 대한 판별기준을 잡고 알고리즘을 설계했다. 

본 연구에서 도출한 알고리즘을 적용한 판별시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 인공지능 자연어처리 기술을 적용해야 한다. 

본 연구는 디지털 기술 중심의 공학적, 수학적 시각에서 한발 나아가 인문 사회과학 분야의 사회, 경제, 문화적 패턴을 예측하는 

가치지향적 시각으로 접근한 융합적, 다학제적 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract: As fake news increases rapidly, it needs to be resolved technically. 

The problem caused by the spread of fake news is expected to decline considerably if judged by observing existing guidelines such as news reporting rules, 

guidelines, ethics codes, and news identification standards. 

As a result of collecting and analyzing news guidelines, we have derived 20 standards to judgment. 

It was derived from the six principles of when, where, who, why, what, and how(5W1H). An indicator of ‘When’ should check 

(1)date the event occurred, (2)time of the comment, indicator of ‘Where’ should check (3)where the incident occurred, 

(4)distance between incident location and news writing location, (5)the spread of the news, indicator of ‘Who’ should check (6)Author of the news, 

(7)news press, (8)list of commenters, indicator of ‘Why’ should check (9)news have any purpose or intention, (10)economic intentions, (11)political intentions, 

(12)social intentions, indicator of ‘What’ should check (13)analyze the context of news headlines and content, (14)Composing video and images, 

(15)cross checking of news sources, (16)witnesses and evidence, indicator of ‘How’ should check (17)correspondence between the title and content of the news, 

(18)unilateral arguments, (19)any reports in other media, (20)ethical news - setting the judgment standard for 20 indicators and designed the algorithm. 

In order to construct an algorithm-based judgment system, natural language processing technology should be applied. 

This study incorporates the value of combining the perspectives of advanced social scientists from the technology-oriented perspective. 

Also meaningful in that it is a convergence science and a multidisciplinary science.
