융합연구 활성화 방안

for Transferable Skill of Advanced S&T Manpower

조직기술, 협업 능력, 커뮤니케이션 등 소위 전이가능숙련(transferable skill)의 취득이 중요하게 부상하였고 대인서비스, 문화, 예술, 사회복지, 환경, 마케팅 등 

과학기술인력의 직업적 기여가 요청되는 분야도 크게 확대되었다.

본 연구에서는 미래 과학기술인력이 갖춰야 할 역량으로 주목받고 있는 전이가능숙련중심의 HRD체계를 수립하기 위한 4가지 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다.

과학기술인력정책 반영 및 실행력 확보, 역량 중심의 전이가능숙련모형 개발, 과학기술 융합R&D와 수행역량 증대, 수요자 맞춤형 HRD 프로그램 개발이다.

전이가능숙련은 우리나라가 4차 산업혁명시대에서 새로운 산업을 창출하고 

미래 성장동력을 확보할 수 있는 기술혁신의 토대를 마련하고 장기적으로 국가의 과학기술경쟁력 강화에 기여할 것이다.

Abstract : The need for collaboration and communication with fields that have been regarded as irrelevant to Science and Technology has raised 

the importance of so-called transferable skills such as organizational skills, collaboration skills, and communication.

Also, the fields in which S&T Manpower such as interpersonal services, culture, arts, social welfare, environment, and marketing are required to be contributed are greatly expanded.

In this study, I propose the following 4 methods to establish HRD system focusing on transferable skill which is attracting attention as future science and technology Manpower.

4 Things are reflecting the policies of S&T Manpower and securing execution capability, developing competence-based transferable skill model, 

enhancing science and technology convergence R&D and performance capability, and developing customized HRD program.

Transferable skills will contribute to strengthen the national competitiveness of science and technology in the long term by establishing the foundation of technological innovation 

that can create new industries and secure future growth power in the 4th industrial revolution era.
