요약 : 생활 내 화학물질 사용이 증가하면서 화학물질 노출로 인한 환경성 질환 발생이 증가 하고 있다. 

더불어 4차 산업혁명 시대에서는 건강보건 패러다임이 사전예방과 정밀의료의 개념으로 변화 될 것으로 예측되고 있다. 

급증하고 있는 환경성 질환 발생을 사전 예방하고 정밀의료 하기 위한 기반을 마련하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 환경보건정책에서 후생유전 융합의 중요성을 설명한다.

먼저, 환경성질환과 후생유전에 관한 역학 및 독성 자료를 수집하여 그 중요성을 설명하고 

해외 연구 사업 및 국내 환경보건 연구 현황을 조사함으로서, 국내 환경보건정책에서 후생유전학적 융합 방안을 제시한다.

조사 결과를 통해 후생유전 변화가 유해화학물질 노출에 따른 환경성 질환 발생에 큰 기여를 하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 

이미 해외에서는 후생유전학의 중요성을 인식하고 대규모 사업을 실시하여 환경성 질환 발생을 사전예방하기 위한 기반을 마련하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 

반면, 우리나라는 환경보건 분야에서 후생유전학의 활용이 적은 것으로 드러나 앞으로 관련 연구를 개발시켜야 할 필요성이 확인됐다. 

정책적으로 후생유전학을 융합 할 방안을 마련해야하며 그 일환으로 환경보건정책에서 환경보건지표중 하나로 후생유전지표를 개발하는 것을 제안한다.

본 연구는 후생유전지표를 제안함으로서 조기에 환경성 질환 발생 사전예방하고 

그에 따른 맞춤 의료를 실시 할 수 것으로 기대하며 4차 산업혁명 시대 국민 건강 증진에 기여 할 것으로 기대한다.

Abstract: There is an increase in the number of environmental diseases caused by chemical exposure in life. 

In addition, it is predicted that the paradigm of health care will be changed into the concept of preventive and precise medical care in the fourth industrial revolution era. 

The aim of this study is to explain the importance of epigenetics fusion in environmental health policy in order to prevent occurrence of environmental disease and precise medical care. 

First, we explained the importance of epigenetics on occurrence of environmental disease using epidemiological and toxicological articles. 

Next, we present a epigenetics fusion in environmental health policy through investigate on overseas research project and domestic environmental health research status. 

This study suggest development of epigenetics indicator as a environmental health indicator in environmental health policy. 

It will be help to prevent the occurrence of environmental disease and do the personal medicine care. 

Ultimately it will contribute to the promotion of public health in 4th industrial revolution era.
