인문사회 관점에서 바라본 ‘융합’관련 국가 아젠다 도출을 위한 정책 제언

요약 : 공장자동화, 스마트팜처럼 기술의 진보에 따라 사람이 할 수 있는 일보다 기계와 로봇의 영역이 넓어지고 있고, 기술과 기계의 발전뿐만 아니라, 

기술의 발달로 일자리를 잃고 기계가 사람에게 위협이 되는 상황이 닥쳤을 때 이를 어떻게 통제하고 조화롭게 운영해 나아갈 것인가, 

즉 궁극적으로 이러한 문제점을 어떻게 해결해야 하는지가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 

기술에도 윤리, 철학과 같은 인문학적 관점이 필요하다는 생각 하에 융합연구의 개념과 정책 등에 관한 분석과 비평적 해석을 시행하고 

기존 패러다임에서의 변화를 그 주된 목표로 삼아서, 선행연구 분석을 통한 기존 논의를 목차로 잡고, 

이에 대한 각각의 변화 방향(나아가야 할 방향성)에 대한 정책적 함의를 큰 구성으로 잡고자 한다.

제4차 산업혁명으로 인해 단순 기술개발, 기술발전의 차원이 아닌 과학기술의 전환적인 시점이 요구되고 있다. 

기술의 혁신이나 기술 간의 결합을 넘어서서 인간과 사회에 대한 통찰을 바탕으로 기술을 엮고 질서를 재편하는 시대 흐름의 하나로 융합을 이해해 본다면, 

우리가 나아가야 할 전략 방향을 확인하고, 지속가능한 발전이 탐색가능할 것이라고 생각한다.

Abstract : With advances in technology, such as factory automation and smart farm, there is a wider range of machines and robots than there can be, 

and how technology and machines, as well as advances in technology, will be able to solve these problems, and how they work together. 

Considering the need for a humanistic view of technology, such as ethics and philosophy, analysis and critical analysis of convergence research concepts 

and changes in existing paradigms are conducted, and the existing discussion through prior study analysis is directed by the main difference.

The fourth industrial revolution calls for a turning point in technology rather than a mere technological development. 

If we understand convergence beyond innovation or the combination of technologies, 

as an era in which we weave technology and reorganize order based on insight into human beings, I think we will identify the direction of strategy 

we should move forward, and sustainable development will be explored.
