기계 학습에(Machine Learning)의해 급속한 발전을 하고 있으며, 자동 운전 자동차 및 의료 진단 지원 대화 에이전트 등의 구현도 진행되고 있다. 

인공지능 기술은 4차 산업혁명의 중요한 기반 기술이며, 저출산 고령화가 가져올 노동력 부족 등의 사회 문제를 해결하고 사회에 엄청난 이익을 가져다 줄 것으로 예상하고 있다. 

그러나 인공지능 기술은 개발 속도가 빨라 이용자에게는 보이지 않는 기술이므로, 우리도 모르는 사이에 보급되어 

고도화 사회의 본연의 자세에 근본적인 영향을 미칠 가능성도 있으며, 건전한 이용을 위해 그 영향을 검토할 필요가 있다. 

본 연구에서는 특히 현존하는 인공지능 기술, 또는 가까운 장래 실현 가능성이 높은 인공지능 기술과 그것이 보급화 된 사회에 초점을 맞춰 

주요한 영역에서 사례유형별 윤리적 법적 논점들을 확인하고, 그에 따른 책임원리를 살펴본다. 

그리고 책임원리의 체계를 세우기 위한 기초적 연구를 목표로 하였다. 

또한 인공지능 기술과 관련되어 있으며 엄밀하게 따지면 분리할 수 없는 디지털화의 사례에 대해서도 대상으로 하였다. 

인공지능 기술이 우리 사회의 다양한 영역에 보급되고 있다는 점을 고려하고, 

운송(이동 수단), 제조, 개인용 서비스, 대화 및 교류라는 대표적인 4가지 분야에 대해 다양한 사례를 들어 검토하는 방법을 선택하고 있다. 

그리고 인공지능 기술의 사용자, 연구 및 개발자, 미래 사회를 만들어갈 다양한 세대들과 관련하여 

인공지능과 인간 사회에 관련된 논점을 분석하여 책임원리의 기초적 연구이다.

Abstract: Currently, Rapid technological change and development has led to an era of complex Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology and applications. 

artificial intelligence technology, which can replace human intellectual activities (cognition, thought, reasoning, and based actions) are developing rapidly 

through communication with big data and machine learning. 

Artificial intelligence technology is an important foundation for the fourth industrial revolution, and it is expected to solve social problems. 

 However, AI technology is a technology that is not visible to users due to its rapid development, 

so there is a possibility that it could have a fundamental impact on the original attitude of an advanced society, which needs to be examined for healthy use. 

This study specifically focuses on existing artificial intelligence technologies, or artificial intelligence technologies that are highly likely to be realized in the near future, 

and identifies ethical and legal issues by case type in key areas and looks at their responsibilities. 

And it was aimed at basic research to establish a system of responsibility. 

They were also targeted at cases of digitalization, which are related to artificial intelligence technology and cannot be separated strictly. 

Considering the fact that artificial intelligence technology is spreading in various areas of our society, 

we are choosing to examine four major areas of transportation, manufacturing, personal services, communication. 

In addition, it analyzes the principle of responsibilitys related to artificial intelligence and human society in relation to users, research and various generations to create future society
