요약 : 제4차 산업혁명에 따른 시대 패러다임 변화, 과학기술의 혁신적 발전, 과학기술의 영향력이 확대되면서 융합연구의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 

따라서 미래변화를 대응하고 융합연구 활성화 정책지원을 통해 국가경쟁력과 융합기술 경쟁력을 제고해 나가야 한다. 

본 연구에서는 ICT 융합연구 활성화 전략 및 방안을 마련하고자 융합연구의 학술적 이론 검토, 

국내외 정책사례 분석, PEST-SWOT-AHP 분석을 통한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 

실증 분석 결과를 바탕으로 SO전략(미래지향적 ICT 융합연구 기획), ST전략(ICT 융합연구 생태계 네트워크 구축), 

WO전략(리빙랩을 통한 ICT 융합연구 관련 법·제도 개선), WT전략(ICT 융합기술 사업화 및 지적재산권(특허) 지원 플랫폼 구축) 등 

총 4가지의 ICT 융합연구 활성화 전략을 도출하였다.

Abstract: The importance of convergence research is emphasized by changing the paradigm of the times in accordance 

with the 4th industrial revolution accompanying innovative progress and influence of science and technology. 

Therefore, it must be an opportunity to cope with future changes and improve national competitiveness by using integrated research.

In this study, we’d like to propose “ICT convergence research activation strategies”, 

which are results from an academic theory study of convergence research, case analysis of domestic and foreign policies, 

and empirical testing through PEST-SWOT-AHP analysis. Consequently, based on the results of empirical analysis, 

ICT convergence research activation strategies are derived, which are SO strategy (future ICT convergence research plan), 

ST strategy (construction of ecosystem network for ICT convergence research), 

WO strategy (improvement of laws and systems related to ICT convergence research through the living laboratory) ) 

and WT strategy (development of ICT convergence technology commercialization and platform to support intellectual property rights (patents))
